Speaking of Downsizing...

Actually when you downsize it can be a vehicle to upgrade your collection. OK what do I mean by that?

Have you ever purchased something and bought it home, examined it and realized that it was a mistake? Of course you have. But if you purchased it at the best places to find treasures, there is not a return policy.

So here's an idea. Gather all or some of your mistakes (ahem) I mean treasures and price them so that you can make a profit and price them low enough to entice a buyer.

You can then jump with joy and so can your buyer. You now have space and wisdom to make a better use of your money with your next purchase.
